Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. mirin
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. chili oil, optional
- 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 medium scallion, minced
