Posted on February 11, 2018 by ketchupSous Vide Chicken Breasts Ingredients Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (as many as needed) Butter Salt and pepper Optional spices (garlic powder, onion powder, fresh thyme, etc.) Directions Season chicken and place into sous vide bags along with butter and any last spices (fresh spices should only be used if the chicken will be cooked immediately). Freeze for future use, or cook immediately as follows. Heat sous vide to 149°F / 65°C. Place bags in water for 55 minutes. Remove from bag and sear when ready to serve. Note via Chef Steps.
