Sous Vide Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (as many as needed)
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional spices (garlic powder, onion powder, fresh thyme, etc.)

Directions

  1. Season chicken and place into sous vide bags along with butter and any last spices (fresh spices should only be used if the chicken will be cooked immediately).  Freeze for future use, or cook immediately as follows.
  2. Heat sous vide to 149°F / 65°C.
  3. Place bags in water for 55 minutes.
  4. Remove from bag and sear when ready to serve.
