Ingredients
- 1/2 cup minced fresh mint leaves
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
- 3 cups plain yogurt, strained
- Salt to taste

- Combine all ingredients.

Ingredients
- 2 hot house cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 tsp. white sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
- Stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
