Edamame Marinade

Ingredients

  • Frozen soy beans in their shells
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/8 cup dry sake
  • Pinch of sugar, chili pepper, and black pepper

Directions

  1. Mix together soy sauce, sake, sugar, chili pepper, and black pepper.
  2. Marinate frozen edamame overnight in mixture.
  3. Steam edamame and serve.
