Ingredients
- 8 medium red potatoes, cubed
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
- Place potatoes in a steamer basket over water. Cover and steam for 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- In a small bowl, stir together butter, dill, garlic, and salt.
- Transfer potatoes to a serving bowl and top with seasoned butter.
- Toss gently until potatoes are well-coated.
