Garlic-Dill New Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 medium red potatoes, cubed
  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a steamer basket over water. Cover and steam for 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together butter, dill, garlic, and salt.
  3. Transfer potatoes to a serving bowl and top with seasoned butter.
  4. Toss gently until potatoes are well-coated.
