Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground pork
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rubbed sage
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
- Stir the spices together and mix into 2 pounds of ground pork.
- This can be cooked right away or frozen.
