Ingredients
Meatballs:
- 1 1/2 lb Lean Ground Meat (beef, pork, or mix)
- 1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/3 Cup Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Parsley Flakes
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
Honey Garlic Glaze:
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 2 Tbs Soy Sauce, low sodium
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
Directions
- Mix meatball ingredients well in bowl, roll into small sized meatballs and set aside.
- Mix glaze in bowl and pour over meatballs in crockpot.
- Cook on low for 4 Hours and cool before serving.
