Honey Garlic Meatballs

Ingredients

Meatballs:

  • 1 1/2 lb Lean Ground Meat (beef, pork, or mix)
  • 1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 1/3 Cup Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper

Honey Garlic Glaze:

  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 2 Tbs Soy Sauce, low sodium
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Mix meatball ingredients well in bowl, roll into small sized meatballs and set aside.
  2. Mix glaze in bowl and pour over meatballs in crockpot.
  3. Cook on low for 4 Hours and cool before serving.
