- Eggs
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Place the rack in the bottom of the pot. Pour the water in the pot. Place the eggs on the rack.
Soft Boiled:
- Set Instant Pot to manual mode for 3 minutes.
- At 3 minutes, quick release the pressure, placing a towel over the valve.
- Quickly run the eggs under cold running water until cool enough to hold, or in an ice bath.
- Peel immediately.
Hard Boiled:
- Set Instant Pot to manual mode for 4 minutes.
- At 5 minutes, allow pressure to release naturally for 4 minutes (leaving the Instant Pot untouched until the increasing timer reaches 4 minutes).
- After 4 minutes have passed, quick release the pressure, placing a towel over the valve.
- Quickly run the eggs under cold running water until cool enough to hold, or in an ice bath.
- These can be peeled immediately, or stored in the shell for up to 1 week refrigerated.
