Ingredients
- 1 tsp whole fennel (crushed/ground)
- 1.5 Tbsp minced onion (ground)
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 2 Tbsp oregano
- 1.5 Tbsp basil
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1.5 tsp. red chili flakes
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Place fennel and minced onion in spice mill, grind for a bit (medium coarseness).
- Add to all other spices, store in an airtight container. Makes about 3/4 cup.
