Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet, or line with parchment.
- In a medium bowl, combine oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix into the wet ingredients.
- Stir in rolled oats and chocolate chips until just combined.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
