Ingredients
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Directions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the onion, and cook until soft and translucent.
- In a small saucepan, combine rice, onions, and broth. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat, let cool, and fluff with a fork.
