Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hulled white sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar, unseasoned
- 1 tsp. olive or sesame oil
(Serves 2-4)
Directions
- Toast sesame seeds until slightly brown, let cool.
- Pulverize sesame seeds in spice mill to a paste.
- Combine all ingredients well.
Note
This can be made up to 1 day in advance and refrigerated.
